Trail Tone 90 is a beginner-friendly, 90-day strength and conditioning program designed to help you build the strength, confidence, and consistency to enjoy hiking again—starting from home.
Created by former forest ranger and certified fitness coach Lee Nagle, this program uses simple resistance-band and bodyweight workouts plus an outdoors-inspired mindset framework to help you feel stronger on and off the trail.

What You Get in Trail Tone 90
🏋️ 3 Strength-Training Days Per Week
Home-based workouts using resistance bands and bodyweight.
