Created by former forest ranger and certified fitness coach Lee Nagle, this program uses simple resistance-band and bodyweight workouts plus an outdoors-inspired mindset framework to help you feel stronger on and off the trail.

I’m a former forest ranger, certified fitness coach, and the creator of Trail Tone 90.

I’ve helped people of all experience levels navigate real trails—climbs, descents, loose rock, roots, and long days on their feet. Trail Tone 90 was born from the realization that many people don’t need a fancy gym—they need a simple, doable path to feeling strong and capable outside again.
